I was traveling and got sick at the airport. I have Blood Pressure issues and I was sent to the Emergency Room. I got released after I was stable at 3am in the morning. I was very unfamiliar with my surroundings, sick and weak. I called the hotel and told them my situation; the manager himself actually came and picked me up. The hospital staff they most likely would not, but cared enought to go out of their way.

I will always remember this! This is one company who has not forgot how to treat their guest...

stayed here one night when we got bumped from a flight. we were given a discount coupon from the airline, but even so, it was a great deal - good beds and shower, free shuttle to airport and nearby shopping, happy hour with draft beer, enchiladas and salad, and a great breakfast. and friendly staff.

We were picked up by the shuttle and the driver told us all about the hotel. He also told us that the shuttle would take us anywhere within 5 miles if they were not doing airport pickups. Our room had a small refrigerator and microwave. It was a first floor room that was wheelchair accessible -- something that we had not requested but may have been all that was available. There was no bathroom door to accommodate a wheelchair -- so you might want to make your wishes known. We booked an AARP rate and thought that might be the reason for the particular room.

They have a salad bar with a hot entree (Salisbury steak and mashed potato the night we were there) and wine and beer every night. In the morning, there is a breakfast buffet that included waffles, eggs, bacon and sausage as well as cold items and beverages. They also had a pool, small gym, and free wi-fi connections.

We rode the shuttle to the casino and called for a ride when we were ready to go back. I thought it was a very good value for the price.

Great big pool, great breakfast, hotel centrally located and I love the manager's reception.
