The hotel was very accommodating, well kept up, and the staff was very nice. I will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I live in the valley but usually take a trip once or twice a month for a fun weekend and always stay at this Crowne Plaza. It really is a great hotel. Good location, really nicely decorated, and impeccably clean with a great pool and restaurant. During our most recent stay, we forgot our swimsuits and went to buy a new one so we only made it about 10 minutes before the hot tub closed. The security guard came about 3 minutes later and told us we had to leave. My 4 year old daughter asked very nicely if she could stay for a few minutes and he snapped at her and said no, we needed to leave now. As if we were some problem causers when we were quiet and letting our kid have a little fun and we spend probably 200 a month here. The lady at the front desk was very apologetic and offered us free breakfast but we had to work and couldn't accept it. She is always great when we check in. I wrote to corporate though because it was a rare experience and I hate to see that happen at such a great place but I never got a response which was extremely disappointing. I was expecting at least a thanks for letting us know, but nothing. We plan to stay there tomorrow for Christmas Eve and Christmas and will continue to go, I just hate to be such a good customer and literally be a little humiliated by some security guard. He made my daughter and I cry.

We stayed the night at the Crowne Plaza and found the experience to be very good indeed. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was clean and provided what we needed. We ate in the hotel restaurant for dinner and were very surprised at the great meal. The food was not only very good, but the service was excellent. The morning breakfast buffet was good, though nothing exceptional.

The Crowne has recently gone through some VERY inviting changes throughout the property. The newly renovated hotel is extremely comforting to walk into and only gets better as you stroll past the pool area as you make your way to the cozy hotel room. The room is full of upgrades and the beds are simply amazing.

If you are spending the night in Phoenix or just planning a weekend staycation, you should keep the Crowne plaza at the top of your list.
