I stayed at Anchorage Point on a week to week basis for about 3 months. I really enjoyed using the free amenities like the pass to Pure Fitness everyday & free dining daily. It's an older property, but it's very well kept and quiet. I stayed in one of their furnished 1 bedrooms with had full size kitchen appliances and a large walk in closet. The office staff was friendly. They had a really nice maintenance guy who was very efficient with work orders and keeping the property looking its best. Thumbs up from me!

My job recently transferred me to Phoenix, I chose Anchorage Point as a short term rental until I found something more long term. My stay here has been a great experience, well kept community, very friendly and helpful staff. You dot have a lease, or pay high outrageous deposits. I don't plan on moving anytime soon this is a great place to live Quiet, Clean, work orders get done same day if not the next. Very unique place the office staff is pleasant to talk to she always has a positive attitude very friendly. This is turning out a very graet experience.

Had a wonderful stayi, for my forth time in less than a year. Hospitality was terrific, effecient and courteous. Accommodations were clean , comfortable and at a price I could afford. Will suggest this to be on the top of all other places I have stayed while doing my business travels and will surely return on my next trip.

Liked that they rent weekly apartments. Renting weekly saved me from having to put down a large security deposit like most monthly rentals, so this was a pro. Nice people around the property for the most part, every now and then there would be a bad apple, but management is pretty quick to kick them out. The office is not open on Sunday, so unless its a an emergency make sure to get your business taken care of before then. More short term residents than long.
