This is a simple apartment complex complete with pool and passes for gyms, food. A week's stay is minimum and you need to bring / buy your own linen and pots and pans [etc] but tv, bed, other furniture is provided. Great value for the money. The staff is helpful though not always readily available. Location is pretty central and the freeway [I17[] is just a block away. My husband had surgery and we stayed here twice. Will gladly do it again when the need arises. Would and have recommended this place.

What started as a three week stay at Anchorage Point, ended up being a three month stay, as my husband sold our house and and tied-up loose ends back in Michigan. I found-out about the complex online, so I figure I'll put my two-cents in, since I enjoyed my time there so much (sorry, honey.) I found the apartment itself to be clean and comfortable. It was furnished, so I didn't have to bring too much with me. The free cable was great and the free internet was a Godsend. The grounds were always tidy, with landscapers making weekly appearances. The pool was crystal clear. I enjoyed using it a lot during the hot Phoenix Summer. And when my kids visited, they enjoyed it, too. The laundry room was available when I needed it, and always kept sanitary. I always felt safe at Anchorage Point, with video cameras throughout the complex and security gates at all of the entrances. There were a lot of stores and Metrocenter Mall very close-by, so shopping was never a problem. Plus, it's right on the busline. They also offered some things I never imagined when I started looking for a temporary home... complimentary coffee, daily meals at nearby restaurants and a free gym membership, to work-off all of that free food. Free long distance came in handy, as did the fax and copy service at the office. The management and staff was friendly and really made me feel at home. And they bent over backwards for me anytime I had any concerns. The neighbors were friendly, too. They even helped me move-in!

I stayed at Anchorage Point on a week to week basis for about 3 months. I really enjoyed using the free amenities like the pass to Pure Fitness everyday & free dining daily. It's an older property, but it's very well kept and quiet. I stayed in one of their furnished 1 bedrooms with had full size kitchen appliances and a large walk in closet. The office staff was friendly. They had a really nice maintenance guy who was very efficient with work orders and keeping the property looking its best. Thumbs up from me!

My job recently transferred me to Phoenix, I chose Anchorage Point as a short term rental until I found something more long term. My stay here has been a great experience, well kept community, very friendly and helpful staff. You dot have a lease, or pay high outrageous deposits. I don't plan on moving anytime soon this is a great place to live Quiet, Clean, work orders get done same day if not the next. Very unique place the office staff is pleasant to talk to she always has a positive attitude very friendly. This is turning out a very graet experience.
