When I checked in, the front desk person just handed me the room key and said your room is 204. Have a nice night. No directions on where to park, where to walk in, where to find the elevators, any info about breakfast. Not that I really care, but he just had absolutely nothing to say to me except for my room number( and one room key for three people). There were three of us in the room, and we had ONE washcloth (which was found in the floor of the bathtub) and two towels. That's it. No hand towels or anything. My mom took a shower before bed and used the one washcloth so I had to use a corner of a towel to wash my face and then use the same towel for my shower in the morning. I had no washcloths to use for my toddler. Also, there was a coffee pot and lots of little sugar/cream packets, but no coffee in the room anywhere. No pods, packs. Nothing. Seemss like they need a little bit better management. Also, the lid to the toilet tank was cracked completely into two pieces.
