We stayed at this hotel New Years Eve and the hotel was wonderful. From the time we checked in to the time we left everything was perfect. Everyone, and I mean everyone, working at the hotel made us feel very special. The room was great! We had the Studio King room and it was modern contemporary. Very nice! And the view, wow. The bathroom had two full walls of windows and the long wall of the bedroom was all windows. We had a few drinks and appetizers at the small bar/lounge in the hotel before going out for the evening and it was very nice; then, the next morning, ate breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel and really enjoyed the food. We will definitely stay at this hote again. I recommend The Westin Phoenix Downtown to anyone wanting to stay in downtown Phoenix, weather a Business traveler or for pleasure,

This property is an excellent break from the typical business hotel. The rooms are huge and very up to date--even luxurious. The bathroom is modern and spacious. The gym is first rate and service was excellent. Location is just a two minute walk to the Maricopa County Court House so it is very convenient for court appearances. There may be more resort-like places to stay in Phoenix with golf and outdoorsy attractions, but if you're all business and need to stay downtown, this is my first bet. I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is fairly new, and I was given and upgrade as I am a SPG platinum. I loved this hotel! I had a jr suite which was thoughtfully laid out with a full wall of windows overlooking the city - amazing view. The room was huge with sitting area and a large tub and enormous shower. All the Westin service (I used valet and room service) were friendly and timely. And, i used the Fitness center facilities which were good. Will definitely visit again!

Excellent staff that made a special fuss over us. The location of the hotel is great. The Buffet is satisfying. Rooms are very clean, spacious and fully furnish. It’s a perfect and unforgettable stay ever. Amazing experienced we had in this hotel. it will definitely be the place to stay
