I had a great experience visiting my mom and sister in this Homewood Suites. The staff was friendly and kind. They made you feel like you were a family. The cleanliness was superb. Great place to stay!

This hotel is in a great location in North Phoenix with easy on/off access to I-17. The hotel backs up to Happy Valley Towne Center and Shops at Norterra with plenty of options for shopping and dining and entertainment.

The hotel employees are welcoming and very helpful. I have been staying here since they opened a few years ago and don't hesitate to book my room here when I come in to town for business. The nightly manager's reception has delicious lite meals Monday - Thurs evenings.

I spent two weeks at the Homewood Suites Happy Valley while traveling for business. This hotel by far has the friendliest, most professional hotel staff I have encountered. They consistently went above and beyond to exceed my expectations. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Phoenix!

This is one of the best Hotels I stayed in the past year. As a Hilton Diamond member I travel a lot and so have seen many Hotels frm the inside.
The rooms, the bathroom, the Pool area and lobby are clean and have NO strange smell as it appers in many other hotels.
Flat TVs and offered TV stations are perfect.
The food offered for breakfast and evening is of higher quality .. not just average and was verty delicious. Beer and wine was available.
People at the front desk are friendly and made me feel like home.
Although the Hotel is located close to hwy 17 I could not hear noticable noise from it nor from other guests.
Finaly I have to say that my stay was perfect and I wish that all Hilton hotels would be managed like the Homewood Suites North in Phoenix where the customer matters, where clean rooms are important and where the food quality is selected properly.
