Im pretty sure I have stayed at every Hilton property around the Phx airport over the years. This was definitely the nicest Hampton I have stayed in at the airport, and just as good as the local doubletree, and a better value. Nice big b'fast room, not just some tables crammed into the lobby. Great friendly staff. Ample free parking. Felt like a safe secure area. I will definitely check this hotel rates first next time I go back. Thanks for a nice stay guys.. Although I did miss my free water and snack I usually get at other Hamptons.

we flew into Phoenix around 11 pm on Christmas day, so we figured it was better to stay in a hotel close to the airport. Usually i figure that these types of hotels are no frills and spartan. Hampton Inn was a nice surprise- first their shuttle runs 24 hours so our late arrival was no problem, we called the hotel from courtesy phone and got picked up. the next day we had to go back to get our rental cars and we went back on the shuttle (check times, it ran on half hour but that may have been due to time of the year, it probably runs more frequently). the beds were very comfortable, bathrooms nice amenities, Ashley at front desk very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good- waffle, oatmeal, usual cold cereals, scrambled eggs. We had a restful sleep because of the comfortable rooms. The microwave/fridge is nice too.

We arrived late - nearly midnight but still received friendly and helpful service. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had nice variety.

This Hampton provides free airport transportation. When I arrived at baggage claim, I called for a pick up and 10 minutes later, the bus arrived promptly. The rooms are clean and comfortable - typical Hampton Inn rooms. The breakfast is better than most Hamptons with added variety that you don't see like strawberry's and fresh oatmal. The service is one of the best I've seen. The only advice I would give you is to ask for a room that does not face the main road as it does get noisy. Other than that, stay here if you're looking for a quick stay to and from the airport.
