My wife and I have been staying here for four months (Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov) waiting for our house to close before we can move in. Our issues lie with the cleaning staff only. I have no problem using the sheets for 7 days, but several times I have had to go to the front office and get clean bedding; the comforter, the blanket, AND the sheets... AFTER they had cleaned our room! As I type this I am looking at a bed that we changed, a clean comforter that has cigarette holes in it and a blanket that is also tattered. This is normal here. We actually marked our sheets a few times just to see if they would change them. That's how we caught them not doing the job we paid for in the price of the room. Housecleaning barely sweeps and does a terrible job vacuuming. This is putting it nicely. I am seriously wondering what other corners they are cutting. If you expect a clean room, you do not want to stay here.
I have complained every time to the front desk staff and they have been very accommodating but upper management absolutely does not seem to care. There are several other extended stay type hotels in the area and I urge you to try them first. Don't be embarrassed by this place if you have out-of-town family visiting.
The only other real complain that we have is that the beds are very very hard and actually had to go out and spend our own money on a mattress pad to make it bearable to sleep on.
