Missed our flight home and found this property on tripadvisor. The shuttle picked us up from the airport in just a few minutes. The hotel looked very nice when we checked in. Had a problem with maintenance noise outside our room at midnight. I mentioned it to Lura at the front desk the next morning and she was awesome! She did not make us pay for our room and she upgraded our breakfast. She said we should not have been put in that room because they knew about the maintenance being done. She apologized for the mistake. What a professional! She really made us happy with her quick handling of the situation. We will DEFINITELY stay here again when we are in the area. Plus, the breakfast was one of the best we'd had! The omelet station was so good. Great property and they've obviously trained their people very well in customer service.
