As someone who spends about 100 nights each year in a hotel it takes a bit to impress me. This property did.

Every aspect of our stay at this property exceeded our expectations. The front desk staff was efficient and very welcoming. The room was clean, well appointed, well maintained and, most importantly, very comfortable.

Given the desert climate the hotel was built with the rooms opening to a large open air atrium. Although the daytime temperature was about 70 and the evenings were a cool 47 the jacuzzi was comfortable for an evening dip.

Our room rate included breakfast in the restaurant buffet. The selection of foods was good though fairly standard for hotels breakfasts.

We had an evening dinner consisting of steak salads provided by room service. We ordered ten minutes before the evening cut-off and the food was delivered promptly and piping hot 10-15 minutes later. The salads were excellent.

Overall I'd have to say that this was one of the finest properties that I've stayed at over the course of the last year. If I find myself passing through Phoenix in the future this property will be my first choice.

There are alot of dives in this area. This is a good choice at a reasonable price. Only spent 1 night here waiting for a flight the next morning. Would gladly stay again.

I found this property through Trip Advisor at a good rate. For the money you would normally pay for a motel this exceeded my expectations. I had a spacious suite with two TV's. HBO Movies are included at no additional charge. Nicely furnished, the bed very comfortable. There is a restaurant and bar attached to the property, through an adjoining corridor. The restaurant food is of average quality, but I only had appetizers in the bar, but the atmosphere was of an upscale coffee shop. There is a decent size swimming pool that was not crowded in October. One disappoinment was the in-room coffee. The first cup I made was terrible; thinking it might be the Phoenix water I used my own bottled water and tried again--still terrible--must be the coffee maker. All in all, though, a good stay.

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, comfy beds, excellent staff. Close to restaurants and shopping. Had lots of fun and would stay here again.
