Hair in the bathroom, bed hard as a rock, cleaning service is once a week for your room, no shampoo, lotion, conditioner, thin walls ( you can hear the people upstairs having a conversation and other things xxx), asked for a late check out which is 11am normally and the person says "how about 11:15am" I hung up in discussed, drug deals going on in the parking lot. Amenities: parking. Nothing else. WTF=NO SLEEP

I stay at many hotels and now realize why this hotel chain is bankrupt.
No free amenities, Poor quality housekeeping.
The only nice thing about the stay was leaving.

My 6 day stay at this hotel in mid-May 09 was over a good experience. The issues that prevented my stay from being perfect were the available laundry detergent - powder chunking onto the clothing I washed in the on-site laundry room. Also, I had to lodge numerous complaints against the travelers - a small group of young male latinos - who seemed to like their music loud enough to drown out the peacefulness I became accustomed to while staying in multiple Extended Stay hotels in the Midwest. One complaint resulted in the next door travelers quieting down. The second complaint was acknowledged, but the front desk employee stated the loud music was okay until 11pm. Really VERY disappointing.

We've stayed at several Peoria hotel/motels during spring training, and this is the first place I'll try to book next year. The rooms are clean and well appointed, and the rooms come with a workable kitchenette with a two burner stove. I've cooked dinners there when I got tired of the chain-restaurant cuisine in the area--pasta, risotto, chicken stirfry. The kitchen is outfitted for two exactly--two forks, two spoons, two dishes,etc. And there isn't a decent sharp knife or a corkscrew or a decent sized frypan, so bring a few bits along. All in all though it's a very comfortable place to stay.
