We stayed for three nights at the Residence Inn Peoria in October 2011. The room was clean and spacious. The staff attentive. The pool was small, but a nice sport court where the kids played basketball. It was within walking distance of several restaurants. Even within walking distance to the Spring Training ballparks. Great location. lots of shopping close by too. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Planning our next stay for tournaments in 2012.

We stayed two nights in mid-December 2011. The matress in the first room was broken down and uncomfortable. We reported this and were given a new room with a good matress. The staff is very pleasant and accomodating and the rooms are generally comfortable. Trash collection outside at 4AM was a little annoying. There is probably nothing the hotel can do about it. They have a very large pet fee. I would not recommend going here if you have a pet. The free breakfast was excellent.

This is a older Residence Inn property that has not yet been updated.
The rooms are standard Residence Inn type with Kitchen area.
They Just lack the Granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances and other touches of the newer properties.
They However very well Kept and spotless like Marriott Residence Inn properties are known for.
They always have a peasant fresh scent in the rooms and I greatly appreciate it.
Property has a Small Pool and wirlpool,24 hour well equipped fitness center.
Location is great right off the 101 freeway next to lots of Resturants and the Peoria Sports complex.
The included Breakfast is the standard Residence Inn Breakfast that has something for everyone.

My partner and I stayed here while visiting my parents.

Location: Good place if you want to stay on the west side of the Phoenix metro area. The immediate area has lots of stores and restaurants in close proximity. Given the suburban pattern of development most would require a car, but I can't imagine anyone staying here without a car. There is an IHOP right next to the hotel.

Room: We had a king suite with a sitting area and kitchenette. The room was clean and comfortable. Lighting was good including good reading lights by the bed. The windows were all operable so we were able to open the windows to let in the wonderfully cool, crisp November air. The mattress unfortunately was way too soft. We like a hard mattress so we definitely have our bias, but this mattress was really, really soft.

Amenities: One of the best things is that with your room key you can use the giant LA Fitness nearby for free. Other things like the breakfast and nightly appetizers we didn't use. Didn't use the kitchenette at all so I can't vouch for how well equipped it is.

Service: We had really good, friendly, and efficient front desk service.

Overall we were very happy to stay here but the mattress would probably keep us from booking again.
