Clean, friendly, first class all the way. We loved it!

Came in for timeshare presentation. The sell was as hard as any other timeshare presentation. Not feeling harassed at all even though we did not buy at the end.
Programs are family oriented. Accommodating staff are gems, they're great with the kids. Few minor downers that wifi is available only at the lobby, also dining facility is limited to a cafe by the pool that closes by 7.

I was nervous about staying here after reading the reviews, but Cibola Vista Resort was awesome. We had a 1 br king. The room was spacious, the layout was perfect and the decor was very appropriate. The grounds were beautiful. The pools and hot tub were great. The staff was very helpful and polite. I do have a couple complaints.......1. The free continental breakfast is not that, it is an hour + activities presentation. It is helpful that the staff provide information about the area activities, but an hr +, REALLY!?!? It would have been nice if they would have informed us. 2. It took fooooorever for us to get warm water in our room. 3. Internet was SLOW. 4. The location of the resort is not ideal if you want to explore the city. It is way NW, although there is some decent shopping and good restaurants close by.
Besides the above issues, the resort was great and I will definitely return.

I was terrified to stay here after reading the reviews, but it is a really nice place!! We stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. There is not maid service everyday (I usually don't use maid service anyways), but that was ok with me. The pools are very nice. We had the one-bedroom with kitchen. there is alson a washer and dryer. Good location for going to Sedona, Wickenberg, etc. A long 3 hour ride to Tombstone. Very pretty setting. Didn't do horseback riding there, but they do have it. Have many outdoor fireplaces and a bbq grill. I would go back in a hearbeat!
