Travel with kitty to enjoy Thanksgiving with retired parents. This hotel treated us so well. Upon arrival the the woman at the front desk was so kind and accomodating it was a feeling like you knew this was going to be a good experience. We accually stayed an additional night and everything was nice. The location is central to everything and the staff very helpful. I would stay again for sure.

Spent two nights too many at the hotel. First night was terrible because the AC quit working. We were assigned another room after several requests, but the roof started leaking at around 4AM. I had to call the front desk twice to get another room. Almost one hour later, we had to move our wet luggage by ourselves. No one offered to help or even bring the key up. We received no apology or even acknowledgement from the management. Sent our concerns to the Holiday Inn customer service, but received no response. The place is falling apart and no one seems to care! We had much better experience at the Scottsdale Homewood Suites (see my other review).

I travel wth my husband for his work almost every week.. this week it's Peoria AZ. We usually stay in holiday inn express. This one is nice. We do have one of the two room king suites, so the room is very nice and lots of space. Breakfast was about the same as all of the HIexpress. There is not a lot right around the hotel, but about a mile away there are a lot of nice restaurants for dinner. We didn't check out the pool because it is raining,but it does look nice.

We had to settle on the Holiday Inn Express in Peoria due to a lack of available rooms in the Glendale area.(Spring Training) You wil not be dissappointed in this hotel! It is very clean, quiet and convenient. Comfy beds, great service and a lovely little breakfast each morning. We would stay there again in a minute.
