Was in the Phoenix area for my Dad's 90th birthday celebration on January 8, and having stayed at this Hampton Inn previously we decided to stay there again - and we were NOT disappointed!
Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable beds, great complimentary breakfast!

If you have discovered the standard that the Hampton Inn chain provides will not be disappointed here. The property is older than 10 years, but our room had a flat panel TV, granite bath counter, good sized space. The mattress wasn't above average, but good. The hot breakfast as usually done by Hampton makes a typical continental breakfast seem cheap.

There are the best and most popular restaurants within 1/2 mile.

One interesting thing...thin walls. Should I be woken up by a vibrating phone in the next room at 5:30am? Should I be again woken at 5:40am by the tinkling water sound in the toilet in the next room? I am not exaggerating.

I still love and trust the Hampton.

Several families from my sons's hockey team stayed here after a Coyote game because we had a hockey tournament game early the next morning. The hotel breakfast and gathering area was under renovation. Sadly, the area they offered breakfast in(1 hotel room) was tight and cramped. There was also no area to gather and socialize which is one of the things we like best about Hampton Inn. To be fair, we were made aware of the renovation when we booked, but weren't expecting such a poor alternative to the normal gathering area. As a result, we did not enjoy this Hampton Inn stay as we normally do.

This is your typical Hampton Inn, clean and smaller than most of the surrounding hotels. The staff was very helpful in calling us a cab to the stadium for the Cardinal & Seahawks game this past weekend. We were delighted in how easy this hotel was to find and many restaurants and bars with in walking distance. (Stay away fromn the Tilted Kilt with little ones...the waitresses are 1/2 naked) The breakfast and lobby area had been recently remodeled and the small pool area was clean and nice. The beds were nice and we slept well...All and all no complaints!
