Super comfortable bed + quiet room = great night sleep. Had to grab breakfast on the go, it was great.

A great place to stay when getting out of Phoenix for the weekend! Room was clean, bed was very comfortable, as were the pillows. The breakfast was very good. The best part, was when Pauline called me after I left to let me know that I had left some medication behind when we checked out. Fortunately we were still up on the rim for the day, & I was able to swing back by and pick it up before heading home. Pauline truly knows what good customer service is!

The night manager a Ms. Pauline was smost helpful in assisting me with problems on my personal laptop. Pauline accessed on line assistance to reestablish my wireless connection for my laptop, Ms. Pauline went well beyond any expectation to make sure I could continue with my work and much needed reporting via the internet.
I have not learned Ms. Pauline's last name, but the Comfort Inns should be assured that she is a quality, careing employee who obviously is dedicated to whatever task or position she is placed in.

A friend and I stayed here for two nights recently. The staff was most helpful and friendly (especially Pauline). Rooms clean and comfortable. Good breakfast. Nice hot tub and heated pool - enclosed. Very conveniently located. I will definitely stay here the next time I'm in town.
