My husband and I really enjoyed the Rancho Vistoso resort when we visited Tucson. It was tucked away and offers quiet relaxation, but is also close enough to local tourist sites. Our room was very nice, very comfortable. The parking lot is very large and we didn't have any trouble finding a close spot, which was nice, especially when it was pouring when we arrived!
Tucson is a great vacation spot, with lots to do and see.

We exchanged our timeshare for Rancho Vistoso and absolutely loved it here. Very quiet - just the way we like it and in a nice neighborhood away from the busy Tucson area but close enough to get to all the spots you want to take in. Our 2 bedroom unit (with a cool Murphy bed our 10 year old loved) was very clean and well equipped - perfect for our family of 5. The pool is excellent for families with a depth of 3 - 4.5 feet. A couple of spas or hottubs. A nice recreation building with pool tables, ping-pong table, a few video games. A little exercise room with treadmills and weight machine. The residential area is extremely nice with walking paths and a great little park a couple blocks away. The park has playground equipment, a grassed area, bbqs, a tennis court. All your amenities, groceries, restaurants, are just a couple minutes away. I would recommend this to anyone and look forward to returning sometime soon.
