This is hotel is very small in all spaces but confortable and clean.The street access is in a steep climbing so watch out dor those not so fit . Breakfast is in a nice place with a nice view.I would probably choose another place in a future visit

The hotel is very modern, boutique-style, with excellent design. The location is also perfect, two blocks up from the main street. The wifi is working without any problems in the rooms too. Highly recommended for those who would like to stay in great comfort in Ushuaia. Small minus point: sometimes you can hear strange noises from the machine room, which was close to our room on the 4th floor.

Stayed one night in Mil810, as part of package tour to Antarctica. Nice modern hotel, one and half block uphill from the main street San Martin. Beautiful décor in the lobby area. My room is comfortable though on the small side. When someone is sitting at the writing desk, there is hardly any space between the bed and the chair for another person to pass through. The self-helped continental breakfast on the 4th floor was very good, with lots of selection. Our attendant was kind enough to unlock the doors to the terrace outside so we could take pictures. Staff at the receptionist desk is friendly and helpful. Hotels in Ushuaia are expensive and Mil810, compared to other hotels in similar price range, is a decent hotel, right in town and close to everything.

I've just returned from a business trip to Ushuaia and stayed at the Mil810. , about 2 blocks up hill from the main shopping / restaurant street. The reception staff are very efficient and friendly and speak good english.

The rooms are a reasonable size for 1 person with a comfortable bed. The bathrooms are small, but adequate...with an acceptable shower over the bath. Breakfast is pretty basic, but adequate if you like Cold Breakfast (no bacon and egg in site).

The Hotel has Wi-fi, but it's pretty slow and keeps dropping signal. Adequate for doing a few e-mails, but not fast enough to support a relaible VPN connection.

The only real negative is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything, including the guy next door having a pee at 4:00am.

In summary, an adequate and comfortable hotel, but I know there are better in the town.
