I stayed at this hotel at the start and finish of a tour of Patagonia. I liked it a lot. The rooms are pretty basic, but have a TV, safe and decent bathroom (with hair dryer). There is free wifi with a good signal in the rooms. The breakfast was basic, but perfectly fine.
The common areas are lovely - with big lounges, games, tvs, computers and fire places.
The staff were very helpful and there was always someone on reception that spoke English.
The only (slight) drawback is that it is about 10-15 minute walk away from the main street with restaurants/shops etc. The walk didn't really bother us though and I felt safe even when I walked alone at night.
