We stayed at this hotel for one night- April 27, 2012. It was convenient to a volleyball tournament we were attending at Mesa High School. Although there was a large group of Special Olympic athletes also staying at the hotel we never heard them. The room was a good size with a king bed and small couch. And although upon casual lounging the bed seemed comfortable it was excruciating to sleep on. The pillows also were somewhat lumpy feather ones. We both woke up with horrific backaches. I would give the hotel a minus 1 if it was just on its bed. It didn't appear to be saggy or lumpy but it was definitely very hard and uncomfortable. The freeway noise wasn't noticable and breakfast was adequate for this type of hotel.
