The first thing I didn't like was that they wouldn't give me a room just 15 minutes ahead of time, but then again, they're exercizing their rule of "12PM check-in"; I was then given a room on the 11th floor and was positively impressed by the space available and amenities. However: the air conditioning didn't work (just ventilation and it was 100F in Rosario); the wireless network would not even connect and, to make matters worse, two of the three elevators had problems and I had to wait almost 20 minutes to get down. I complained and they sent someone up (wonder if the guy took the stairs) who quickly said everything was all right. I came back in the evening to find more of the same - nothing worked. I demanded to have my room changed and they moved me to a smaller room with a very UNcomfortable bed but the rest works. To make matters worse, a co-worker said she had had the same problems a couple of weeks ago on the 11th floor. In short, very bad hotel. I'll not even consider Plaza Real for any other trip to Rosario, Argentina.
