First of all I will tell you that I've been to every 4* hotel in the city and this was the one that I had the best experience.
The location is fantastic as its 4 blocks away from the main street (Cordoba) and not like the other hotels that are in the middle of the mess...there are a massive amount of buses in this city and they are not like in the UK, they are well noisy and smoky...and they ride as fast as a roller coaster:) and there are no buses passing in front of the hotel! Recommend you the 1804 or 1704 which they have a fantastic view...and the other hotels you overlook a fantastic wall or just a street full of traffic and smoke!
The facilities are VERY GOOD...understand that you are in south america and in Rosario (even thou is the 3rd city...its not BA) and no other hotel in the city have such a high standard (as they are no hotel chains, aparat from the HoJo but don't even walk in front of it!) but security wise (which they don't dige much importance) its great, well prepared with good exits and even sprinklers which haven't seen enywhere else in town. Also...CCTV! The rooms as very well maintained, just incredible...
The gym is small, not much equipment but who cares when you are overlooking the city and the river on the 19th floor!! The service is quite good, would say very respectful and the porters and a great laugh and are knoledgeable about the city. The reception staff is good but sometimes too stiff. Nice swimming pool, open only in summer but a nice bar on the side. And if you have a couple of extra ££, go to their presidential suite. No words, just book it! But my company wouldn;t pay for it:( if not the "panoramic" rooms are great.
