Hostel Confluencia really grew on me! At first, I was worried that our street-facing room would be too noisy but actually it was fine, even on Saturday night. We stayed here for four nights with our 9-month old baby and she loved the big room to crawl around in! We loved the neighbourhood - a quick walk to the main plaza and lots of fantastic restaurants right around the corner. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and the breakfasts were basic, but good. Decent coffee, too - no Nescafé. It was a bonus to be able to use the kitchen and fridge for baby's meals and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating. On our last day, we had to store our bags as we waited for a night bus and we felt completely at home as we got everything ready for our journey in the kitchen/lounge area. If you are looking for a decent, reasonably-priced place to stay (with A/C I forgot to mention), I would definitely recommend Hostel Confluencia!
