We stayed here for 4 nights. The rooms are really spacious and clean (with AIR CONDITIONING!) Each room had its own private bathroom too. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good (croissants, Mendoza rolls, cereal etc). The hotel is in a good location for shops and restaurants - very central. It was relatively quiet with a slightly more mature crowd. Would definitely recommend this hotel for couples.

I did`t reserve this hotel in advance as was not sure about the exact date of arrival to Mendoza. This hotel was recommended by a guidebook I had with me and was located in a central area convenient for sightseeing, short taxi ride from bus station. So this was my first choice accommodation in search on arrival to Mendoza. Happily they had a free room with suitable price. We asked for twin and they offered a large room good for four for the same price. Room was clean. Toilet and shower were across the corridor but were for use only for us. There was a simple breakfast in the morning and in other time kitchen facilities were free for use for guests. Reception area was very small just a table down the staircase, so when people were checking in or out with their luggage there were really very little space affordable. Adjacent to reception there was a computer which guests could use for internet browsing.
I had a nice time at this hotel and would like to recommend it as a good simple inexpensive option for stay in Mendoza city.

Stayed twice there, 1 night in 2008 and 3 nights in 2011. Great place if you're looking for an inexpensive hotel (rather than a hostel) that's centrally located, clean and with a great staff. If you can get one of the back rooms (I think ours was No. 7), you'll even get a very quiet place to sleep. Great value!

Nice and clean hostal with very friendly staf. Rooms are simple but clean. Breakfast is average. Staf was very friendly and gave us information about places to eat and to see. Definitively a place to recommend.
