My husband and I stayed at Posada Salentein during a trip in March 2011 and enjoyed it. The Posada boasts many amenities - clean, sleek accommodation, a great dinner with all-you-can drink wine from their vineyards, a nice breakfast, horseback riding, and wine tasting in their tasting room. The front desk staff seemed a bit overwhelmed but were accommodating overall. Other reviewers noted that there are very few English speakers, which is true, but that was not a problem for us. I do not eat red meat and most of the dinner we had was beef (no surprise - it's Argentina). I was very impressed that the waitress noticed and the chef offered to grill me a fish! I accepted and it was great. The Posada is a bit remote - make sure you have good directions when you set out.
