Exceptional hotel. The staff at the front desk are friendly and will fulfill any request from booking tours to dinner reservations. Breakfast is one of the best I have experienced in Argentina especially the pasta Flores. Only recommendation is the lounge chairs by the pool need replacing. They have been broken during both of my two visits last and this year.

We were staying in Buenos Aires and went to Mendoza to see the countryside, but also to enjoy this rather pretty city. The Huentala Hotel is located right in the center of the city, very conveniently located for city enjoyment. It is a truly lovely hotel, with many interesting design features. It also had a wonderful breakfast buffet. But best of all, the staff was truly exceptional. They were extraordinarily helpful and responsive. The only negative feature is that the room had very few places to put things. It had a good sized closet, but no drawers.

We were on the 6th floor and were not facing the street directly, but when the window was open, there was some street noise. With the windows closed, however, the room was very quiet. And there was very little noise from the hall or from other rooms.

Overall, we were extremely happy with this hotel.

I stayed at the Huentala for 4 nights and we enjoyed our stay VERY much. The hotel has a great location, next to the Casino and only a block from the main avenue!
The service was excellent and the staff was the warmest ever! I really loved the paints that are located in the lobby.
We were assisted by Gabriela, who is a very nice young lady.
We recommend the hotel for those people who are looking for a boutique hotel!!!!

I can't say enough great things about the Huentala Hotel Boutique. We have been to Mendoza before but stayed elsewhere that we like but got talked into trying this place by our daughter, who lives in Argentina and is in the travel business. The room we had was great, on the 4th floor (5th if you call the street level #1) and right above the pool. The bed was quite comfortable, as was the entire room. It was somewhat of a "Junior Suite" with an area for sitting and talking or watching TV. The Wi-Fi was complementary and worked plenty well for us, both on the laptop and smartphones. The complimentary breakfast was quite tasty with a nice array of pastries, bagels, breads for toasting, hot scrambled eggs with sausage (chorizo) and bacon.
