We spent 2 nights at the Park Hyatt. We found the service to be excellent. When we arrived, we wanted to return our rental car two days early to the downtown Hertz location instead of at the airport. The Hyatt representative called Hertz and arranged for us to do this as I only speak a small amount of Spanish and the Hertz representative spoke no English. The bellman then walked with me to the corner and showed me how to get to Hertz which was only a block away. The concierge was fantastic. She helped us plan a trip to Portrerillos to mountain bike. She recommended excellent restaurants and made reservations for us. Sergio, the private driver who took us to Portrerillos was excellent and informative. He waited while we went mountain biking for 2 hours. The concierge also arranged for us to have late checkout as we did not need to leave for the airport until 8:30PM. We were able to use the room until 3:30PM. After that, there was a secure place for our luggage. Our room was an executive corner room on the fourth floor which was clean and large as was the bathroom. The staff was very friendly and accommodating so our experience was very different from some of the other reviews. We would definitely stay at the Hyatt again if we travel to Mendoza.

Absolutely the best hotel in Mendoza, across from the park and walking distance to the pedestrian mall. Rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, with glass showers and marble floors. Breakfast was very good. The casino was surprisingly large, and minimum bets were only 10 pesos (US $2.50). The spa was quite reasonable and the pool staff very helpful.

Only negative: Check your bill on the way out...mine had multiple mistakes.

The hotel is a bit dated. The rooms are large but also dated. The bathroom is large but the shower tub combo room is a bit odd.

Service is average. The restaurant was excellent. Location is good. I wanted a large chain in Mendoza and it was this or Sheraton.
I was happy although I do not think it was up to Park Hyatt Standards.

We went to Mendoza primarily to go wine tasting and picked this hotel on reviews and location. It turned out to be a great hotel. Very well located in the downtown area with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The wineries are a fair drive away so we hired a driver and car which was a good move. We visited three wineries and had a great day out. If we go back to Mendoza again which we probably will, The Hyatt is the hotel we will stay in. Good food in the restaurant a well. Front desk staff were very professional and helpful.
