This Apart Hotel has a good localization, a good service, but has some important problems of maintenance. We got a suite with two rooms: a double and a triple. But only one bathroom... The air heating worked at the children room, but not at the couple room. The water heating had some problems too. As we stayed at Mendoza in very cold days, these problems compromised our evaluation... The breakfast is decent: simple, but enough. The rooms are small as are the wardrobes. The wardrobes are not very clean.
Room Tip: We stayed in a suite at the first floor (street level) and it was very cold. No view at all...
