Very nice cozy little place to stay. I must say that I was charmed by the look of our room it was like going to the '30s! It's extremly clean. The location is perfect. For the price I would say it's a great deal. Of course, if you are looking for a 4 stars hotel you are not at the right place.

It was certainly one of our greatests life experiences as Globe Trotters, being in Argentina the most beautiful country in the whole world, being in Mendoza a nice city surrounded by splendid nature and amazing vineyards, great restaurants and wine, we had the opportunity to stay at Hotel San Martin in front of Plaza Independencia, the hotel features comfortable bedrooms, very clean, nice staff, breakfasts are awesome, great price! We can't wait to stay there again.

I really liked it to be simple and nice. Nice ambiance and very close to the center.
We spent three nights here and found the staff helpful and efficient. The rooms were homely rather than elegant but the beds were comfortable, the shower/bath reliable and there was free internet. Considering the location, the hotel was very quiet. The only gripe was the rather ordinary continental breakfast, with unpleasant orange squash and the just about OK coffee.
