The Hotel does not have parking available, even loading and unloading is a challenge in this busy neighborhood. The hotel staff, when asked for help with the luggage (while I had to take the car to a nearby garage) refused as this was "not hotel policy. In the eand they just moved our suitcases from the curb inside, after my wife angrily insisted. Lack of service was also apparent at breakfast.
Hotel might be suited for business travellers, coming by taxi, certainly not for people travelling by car. Nevertheless, it is in walking distance to all the major places in town. Cordoba is a vibrant and busy city which also indicates a high noise level day and night.

We booked a cheaper deal via the easy to follow hotel website. Price for Superior room in December 2010 was about 75 USD, inclduing breakfast. This is not uber cheap for Argentina at time of writing, but it is obviously not extortionate either. The entrance is not so good (3 star-like) but my room (1215) was definitely 4 star.

The room is spacious, well appointed. The bathroom is big and clean. I am led to believe that standard rooms might disappoint.

The (small) rooftop pool is nothing to write home about, but it does offer a nice break from the city life and it affords great views on the city. There is no gym.

Location is good and central. By the way, if during your research you came across another NH hotel (Panorama) and this was described as located in the outskirts of Cordoba - do not believe it: the NH Paronama is literally a few minutes walk from Urbano. From outside it looks a bit posher than Urbano.

Overall a good option if you are looking to upgrade from hostel rooms. Do not expect extravagant luxury but this is a good hotel.

I spent 3 nights at NH Urbano and I totally recommend this hotel. Excellent location, fair price, helpful staff. However, keep in mind that the hotel needs better maintenance as the carpets, doorsteps and doorstops are worn out. The bathroom had a huge infiltration stain in the ceiling and it gave me such a bad impression, in spite the fact that the bathroom was clean. I did not try the breakfast so I can't comment on that.

Centrally located, just a few blocks away from centre of town, and one block away from large shopping mall (which has excellent food court). Two supermarkets within a block. I put "do not disturb" sign on door, and on two consecutive days the housekeeping came while I was out, despite the sign. View from room was only the back of other apartment blocks. Reasonable buffet breakfast.
