We arrived after a long and tiring bus journey needing some sleep. The front double room us quite noisy as there is a lot of traffic on the road out front, also some noise outside our room which wad fine as it's the middle of the day and you can't expect things to come to a halt. But as it turned out it was the owner who forgot we were in there. Otherwise a nice, hostel with friendly people. We didn't get breakfast the day we were leaving as owner was eh busy (hungover) we didn't mind, think it's just the flow of this hostel. Jamie the dog was fun. Oh and only one bathroom for everyone.

We felt at home from this hostel right from the start. It's not so big that you get lost in the crowd, but there are still plenty of people to meet and hang out with. The staff is welcoming and helpful right from the start, and provide very useful information about the city and surrounding area. The bbq can't be missed! Highly recommended!

Pewman Che is owned and operated by a warm and welcoming couple, who truly do make it feel like the hostel is your home away from home. Mike and Mariana know Cordoba well, and are happy to tell you all about the gems of the city and the surrounding area. It seems that just from being themselves, they create an environment in the hostel that is really laid-back and relaxing. They clearly enjoy their work, as they make a point of interacting with travelers, and seem to genuinely want everyone who passes through Che to get the most out of their stay. Also, the regular asados prepared by Mike and friends were to die for! The hostel location is ideal, as it is just a few blocks from grocery and convenience stores, a mall, restaurants and bars, parks, and a very cool artisan market. I definitely recommend Pewman Che hostel!

Ah man... where to start?! I loved this hostel so much. The usual story- was only actually meant to stay a night and a week later I was still there with the owner Mike's words of "we don't get many guests who only stay one night..." ringing true. Even after a week I didn't want to leave, such is the homely, friendly and fun atmosphere of the hostel. Mike and Mariana are brilliant, knowledgeable owners and lovely people whilst all the other staff are equally great. You are made to feel at home right from the start and soon find yourself indulging in Mike's amazing asado, wrestling with Jaime the dog and playing with their baby daughter, Isabella. The only downside is that every hostel is going to seem characterless after Pewman Che! Would love to go back one day.
