This is a house bursting with character. There are only a few rooms, some with shared bathroom. We loved the style and furnishings in the room.
The outside area was cool and refreshing.
We loved our breakfast in the high- ceilinged room, next to 9ft French windows overlooking the Plane trees and street one floor below.
Service was excellent.

Its a wonderful place and I directly felt at home! Rooms are very nicely decorated (loved the little flowers on our bed table), there is a very stylish and comfy living room and a great garden to relax from the big city. As there are only a few rooms its never crowded and you can perfectly chill on the different sunbeds in the backyard (there even is an outdoor shower which is great). We had a room with a shared bathroom (there are also some with private bathrooms) which was totally ok. We only shared it with one other room and it was very nice and clean. Location is good and only five minutes by foot from the main plaza in palermo. Breakfirst is great too and the staff is very nice and helpful. I can definitively recommend this place, 5 stars!

Livian Guesthouse is a very nice B&B with a familial atmosphere. The interior and the people give you immediately the feeling of being home, the staff is very helpful. The location is good and the rooms are quiet.The breakfast is very good too. We had bad luck with the weather so we could not use the nice garden. Overall we can recommend this place and it will be an option for our next visit to Buenos Aires.

All of the staff very extremely helpful and nice. They arranged all I asked for perfectly and I couldn`t ask for more. This house has a lot of charm and it is a special atmosphere here.
I definately stay here if I go back.
