A truly outstanding hotel, where nothing was too much trouble for the friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Beautiful quiet room with whirlpool bath, outstanding breakfast, lunch and dinner menus looked delicious, great location for boutique wandering, and fantastic service, service, service.
Traveling on my own, it was very reassuring to be so well looked after, and friends who visited who were staying in a different - more expensive - hotel wished they had booked Mine.
I cannot remember being so impressed with a hotel anywhere in the world.

We stayed at the Mine at the end of our cruise and couldn't have made a better choice. The location, decor, food and personnel were all wonderful. Will definitely stay here again if we return to Buenos Aires.

We arrived at the Mine Hotel after a long flight from Ushuaia and were welcomed by a lovely, smiling young woman. Her smile set the tone for the rest of our stay. From the moment that she greeted us and escorted us to our room, we knew we had made the best choice for a hotel in Buenos Aires. The service is impeccable from the helpfulness of the front desk staff to the attentiveness of the staff in the restaurant to the attention to detail of the housekeeping staff. Everyone is cheerful and helpful. The recommendations from the front desk for meals and places to go were spot on. The location is wonderful for wandering around and sitting at cafes. The hotel is surprisingly quiet. (I recommend the rooms that face onto the pool.) The usual hotel noise was noticeably absent. Overall, my one regret is that the Mine is only in Buenos Aires.

We really enjoyed this hotel as the location was in the middle of all the boutiques, coffee shops and pubs. Check out a great panini place near by, called La Salmandra.

The hotel staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful. We ate lunch and dinner a few times at the hotel as it was amazing and fresh.

The pool and it's area are very small. Free wi-fi. The breakfast is until 11am and is okay. Lots of sweets and pastries.
Only thing I didn't like about the hotel was their bathroom. It was really small and hard to move around in.

I would highly reccommend this hotel to anyone staying in BA.
