We stayed 4 nights in Giorgio's House. It's clean, simple, comfortable B&B, conveniently located in a safe neighbourhood just a short subway (subte) ride from the downtown.

The subway is just across the street and it's a 10-15 min ride to microcenter. Lots of restaurants and other necessities (ATM, exchange house etc) in the area.

Ana made our stay wonderful. It was our first time in Buenos Aires. She's very friendly and helpful and works hard to make your stay in BA worthwhile. She helped us plan our daily activities and made our stay in BA memorable.

I can only echo the other excellent reviews. Though originally concerned at "shared bathrooms," given the layout of the 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this proved not to be a problem and was more than made up for by the nice large room, use of the kitchen and living rooms and especially by the help of a terrific hostice. I was traveling by myself in Buenos Aires and staying at Giorgio's house for my first couple of nights in the city was the best idea ever! The place is very charming, super close to the metro that can take you anywhere in the city and the room was extremely comfortable. I had originally booked for a single room but got offered a double one on arrival by courtesy as it was not full. I was feeling like at home! Ana was very friendly and helpful giving me the good addresses to go to and a lot of precious advices. Anyway, it was much better than staying in a classic hotel and I would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to the beautiful city of Buenos Aires!

We had a lovely 5 days at the guesthouse over new year. The house is very homely, Anastacia is a fabulous host and guide Whois always willing to help you out and offer advice. Great way to begin our trip.
