Hard to find any fault with this property. As mentioned in most of the reviews, the hotel is well located right on San Martin Plaza. The subway entrance is just outside the front door, Florida shopping street is a couple of blocks away, and the Recoleta neighbourhood is only about a 10 min walk. Buses also run right past the hotel which will take you to all parts of the city. There's even a large grocery store just down the street.

Rooms are modern and clean. As mentioned in many of the reviews, the regular rooms are quite small, and a lot of them face an interior courtyard. If you're looking to avoid this, I recommend booking the junior suite. These rooms are quite spacious and offer a comfortable sitting area and 2 huge windows. Some of the suites face the interior, but others do have a lovely views over the Plaza. The suites are generally offered for only about $US30-50 more per night - amazing value.

The hotel employees were always willing to help and never failed to greet with a welcoming smile when we coming and going. During the one week stay, they went above and beyond on several occasions often anticipating needs before we even had a chance to ask.

WiFi is NOT free of charge, contrary to what some previous reviews have indicated, and costs about $US10/day. There are 2 computers available free of charge in the lobby with are good for just checking email and planning daily activities. They are however slightly testy and sometimes required a restart to get working properly.

The breakfast, which is included in the room rate, proved more than adequate with a lot of variety. I really appreciated it being available until 1030AM, and 1100AM on weekends. Weekends tended to be busier in the breakfast room and staff had a bit of a harder time at replenishing items as a result.

Overall the NH Crillon exceeded expectations.

NH Crillon hotel overall is good. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The location is the best thing about the hotel, near restaurants, phamarcys, pubs, wine stores and supermarkets. You can do almost everything on foot. The breakfast is very good and the food is average, compared to Argentinian traditional restaurants. There´s no fitness center, but they have a partnership with a gym nearby, where you get a nice discount. Could have a pool ou sauna as well.

It is not an amazing hotel but enough good to sleep and have the breakfast.
About the room is clean and has confortable bed and about the breakfast it is good with some great cakes, but there is not to much variety.

Good hotel - nice location. Rooms are ok, so is the service (most of the staff is pleasant). They don't have a fitness center, which for business travelers it is something needed.
