Most comments here are quite fair. The fact that you have to ring the bell to get in and the lack of elevator reminds you that you will find no great luxury in this small hotel.

The pictures on the hotel website were quite faithful to the modern and comfortable room. The mini-bar included good quality beverages. What the picture doesn't show is that the neighbourhood is very quiet (and far away from the busier downtown), the hotel itself is very quiet (I didn't see any other guests there) and the hotel is not very easy to find - it took me some time to spot it over/besides a small restaurant with blue awnings.

The restaurant (called Doppio Zero) has good italian food, but not particularly cheap unless you order the menu of the day. The breakfast was limited to a few a la carte options.

The service was good and very personal, both on the hotel and the restaurant. The hotel was partially without electric power twice in four days, I was offered another room to sleep when mine was affected by the power outage.

The Business Center is not much beyond a meeting room and a computer which you will probably not use if you bring your own Wi-Fi device to enjoy the wireless connectivity offered free of charge.

In the reservation it was stated that the rate includes "parking places, a Health Club and swimming pool a few blocks from the hotel", but I didn't look for it.

The My BA hotel is a small hotel in the Belgrano area of Buenos Aires. There are only 9 or so rooms, it is an old house which has been converted to this little hotel. The hotel is decorated in a modern contempory way, with lots of dark wood, beige walls etc.
I was in a delux room, the hotel was airconditioned throughout, however my airconditioning did stop working on my last night so I was moved to a standard room for my last night's stay.
The delux room was of a fair size but the standard room was very small. Each room comes with a minibar etc. There was also free wifi. The TV choice was excellent with plenty of channels in English and Spanish.
The staff at the hotel were very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was included in the room rate and could be taken in your room at no extra charge if you wanted.
I didn't think the quality of the dinner menu in the restaurant matched the quality of the hotel. I thought the food a little bland at times and a little overpriced compared to the restaurants I went to near to the hotel.
Belgrano is a relatively safe area to walk around, there are a fair few restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel.
There are lots of old collonial style town houses in the area and several embassy houses. The streets are lined with trees which makes the streets quite pleasant to stroll along.

Quiet, safe, attentive staff, lots of room in the art deco hotel that has not been modernized, desk area with wifi, set up for businessmen. Too far away from the action for me. Can't really walk to anything without taking a long walk, need to cab it. I would prefer to stay where I can walk to shops, restuarants. Everything in the other reviews is true, but the quiet location was a drawback for me not a benefit.

We really recommend this boutique hotel. It has been a great surprise: beautiful, renovated house from the 50's. just 9 rooms, spectacular furniture, rooms, we loved everything picked for each room and public areas. Minimalistic , so tastefull, and the neighborhood. We usually stay in Recoleta but our friends live in Belgrano (which is just 20 minutes from down town areas and Recoleta). nice restaurants close by. Have dinner or lunch at the Hotels' Restaurant, best pasta and desserts.
And breakfast is a la carte....home made, home baked, delicious, and the staff....it wouldn't be a great place without a GREAT STAFF, all of them just there to help us out with all information , suggestions we needed, fluent in english.
