We stayed here before Christmas 2011 and were extremely pleased with the concierge service at Home. The staff at the front desk were outstanding! Our family felt like we were staying with good friends who cared deeply about our experience. They offered great suggestions (even before our arrival) on restaurants, shopping, side trips (Tigre), logistics,etc... Rooms were spotless and nicely appointed. A couple of quibbles: service at breakfast was slow; our room - over the kitchen -- was noisy enough to wake us in the morning. But overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Hotel is a brisk walk to shopping and subway, but close by to lots of good restaurants/cafes.

we stayed at home hotel for 5 nights in january 2012, I can't add much to what has already ben said except for saying that we never felt more at ease than at this hotel. We were made to feel really at home, among friends. Nothing was too much trouble and the staff's willingness to help was beyong anything we have experienced anywhere else. The room, the breakfast and the pool where the highlights as were the small touches everywhere. Magnificant!!

We loved our stay. What a wonderful, quaint hotel. Great location as well (after reading the reviews, I was concerned about "the railway" - but didn't feel on the wrong side of the tracks AT ALL). The staff, especially reception, are beyond nice and helpful. The rooms are lovely. As is the garden. Stay here !

Stayed here in November. Helpful, friendly and enthusiastic staff; not in your face but always there to help. Rooms are immaculate and very well laid out. Location is a little out of town, but in a good way. Lots of cool shops, bars and restaurants close by. Goes down as one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in.
