Central location, we could reach most of the touristic places by a short walk. There is a marvelous steakhouse (parrilla) across from the hotel and a good irish pub where you could appreciate a Guiness listening to good live rock and blues.
Apart from that, we've had some setbacks in the hotel. Upon check in, to our surprise, the hotel had booked only one room when in fact there were two double rooms. To remedy, they arranged a second bedroom with two single beds, and it remained like this for two days out of six ones.
The service of chambermaids is far from a 4 star service. During 4 days they had missed the floor towel, and only on the last day they offered us only one shower cap.
Breakfast had a few options and little quality. Crusty bread, sour fruit. There was only one hot option: scrambled eggs.
Finally, in the checkout, the clerk wanted to charge us a daily value above what was agreed.
Nevertheless, the bed was comfortable and the service of internet was fast and for free. In average, the staff was flriendly, especially the reception staff.
It seems that this hotel had, someday, a good quality. The bulding is attractive, there are good facilities, the staff is friendly and young, but with a few experience.
Overall, I wouldn't recomend it for the price they charge us.

A good hotel location wise. Rooms were adequate. Only two small lifts so may have to wait a little while at busy times.
Internet was free.
Staff were polite although would not go out of their way to help out & would only answer questions put to them, not volunteer anything extra.
Breakfast was a let down, mainly cold meats, breads, cereals and a little bit of fruit.
The only thing hot available the whole time I was there was scrambled eggs.
Overall I'd recommend it for the location only.

Rooms are spacious, very good condition and clean. Breakfast is rich, hotel is 5min to florida st, san martin square. Safe neigbourhood

Reception good, gave us tips and hints on Buenos Aires.
The room size OK, but they put 2 single sheets across the beds instead of a double sheet (why?), so we ended up re-making the bed in the middle of the night, as the bottom sheet rode up. Pillows lumpy and need replacing, bathroom towels grey, ditto.
Pool small but I guess we knew that. One jacuzzi needed cleaning, dirty water was off-putting.
On the whole, for the same money we could have had a hotel with breakfast.
Would NOT recommend this.
