I was robbed in the lobby of this hotel within an hour of being there - passport, wallet, credit cards, immigration VISAS, everything. My room was not ready and I closed my eyes in the lobby after my overnight flight - I had my bags between ME and the WALL, shielded with my body. When I opened my eyes, they were gone. I truly honestly believe I was robbed by the hotel staff. They were non-chalant about my distress and when I went up to the front desk and said IVE BEEN ROBBED, the man behind the counter said "I am busy helping this customer!". He was of little assistance and gestured under the chin to me meaning "Eff you". He was terrible. The manager talked to me days later with little apology. They did give me free internet access to try to contact the consulate. On top of this, we were afraid to leave in case they changed their tune and my things "appeared". Another day we found FOOTPRINTS on our pillows. We felt very unsafe. A true and utter nightmare. PLEASE do not stay at this hotel. IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR SAFETY and they could care less about your distress.
