PROS: great bar and great place to meet people. located in a central area. the building is huge and really beautiful. the staff speak excellent English, are really friendly and helpful. they arrange trips out to clubs so it is a good place to party.

CONS: if you want to relax and get a good nights sleep this is not the place. It is grossly overpriced, both in terms of beds, food and drinks. also the tours and activities they arrange are a rip off.

Had an awesome 6 days in Buenos Aires. Party every night at the place, plus out to good clubs. Good tours with great guides to see the city during the day. Awesome staff to help with everything from general enquiries to calling up places in brazil for me because i dont speak Portuguese. Recommend 100%!

I had such a great time staying at the Milhouse in Buenos Aires. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a party hostel. The staff was really nice and I met a ton of young/fun travelers there. If there is the option try to go with the staff to a futbol game, they made everything really easy and safe (specially if it's a BOCA game). They throw parties twice a week and were a lot of fun. I had a few friends living in BA, and the staff even helped them out with the futbol game and few other activties.

I really enjoyed my stay at Milhouse Hipo in BA. The staff are really helpful and the hostel offers many activities. There are football games, polo games, tango nights and loads of fantastic walking tours. Milhouse is a very sociable hostel so you can expect to meet lots of people. It can get a bit frustrating at times when you really want to get some sleep and the whole hostel is in party mode but Milhouse is known for it's awesome parties so you have to be prepared for it. The location isn't too bad. It's very very close to Florida street and it's only a bus ride away from La Boca and a subway ride away from Palermo.
