I stayed here for two nights which was pre booked by my tour group. Other people in my tour group who arrived in BA before and stayed in other hostels and hotels reported they were cheaper and of a better standard, though I cannot compare. The lobby is the most impressive part of the hotel, otherwise Im not sure how it got its stars. We were on the top floor but always took the stairs as didnt trust the 2 man lift, its right near the Florida shops which is good.

Stayed here for 2 nights as I was joining a group tour. I think it must be 4 star rated because the lobby is very grand and makes you think it will be a nice hotel and I think there may be a gym. The first night we had a twin room, bathroom was tiny and the aircon didn't work unless you had a pliers. The staff used iers to turn the dial but wouldn't leave it with us so we were stuck with that setting. The second night we were given a matrimonial room - ask for one of these if you can because this was a much nicer more spacious room. If you only care about location, it's fine but there are better hotels priced similarly in the area.On the plus side, they do allow you to leave luggage there for a number of weeks if you need to.

As per most of the other reviews, the hotel is in a great location, right next to Florida Rd, for shopping etc... However, the hotel is old and dated, rooms are small and a smile from any of the staff is hard to come by... The elevators are scary...

Ideally located to Florida and Puerto Madera, this is a convenient hotel for the budget traveller, with a higher than average level of acvommodation for the price.
