This hotel shouldn't be marketed by any serious operator. leaking faucets, burned light bulbs, wall to wall carpet with long time stains, mold in bathroom tiles, mold odor in the room. It was worse than terrible!!!

Hotel operators should visit this hotel to show the example of a place that should never been sold due to the lack of clean and hospitality. It;s just disgusting.

We had filthy carpets, curtains that did not go across the window and were half hanging off, bed sheets that were grey, torn and so thin you could see through them plus black hairs on them. Were not clean. The fridge had years of ice on it and was dirty. The blind in the 'kitchen was broken and dirty. The cupboards had black mould in them. Absolutely disgusting.

After an 18hr flight all we wanted was a hot shower. We left the water running for at least five minutes before calling downstairs asking about the hot water. They told us the building is old and takes at least 10 minutes to heat. We waited another 15 minutes....still NO hot water. We met some nice people three levels below us and they also had NO hot water.
The carpet was stained and dirty, the bedsheets were also dirty and had hair everywhere.We slept in our sleeping bags. The handles of the taps fell off, the curtains were falling down, our bedroom lights stopped working and we could hear everything that was going on next door.
We did have a lovely view of power lines and buildings.
Apparently if you are willing to pay a bit more you may get a nice room like what they have pictured.
Shame as it´s in a good location.
On a positive note, the staff were very nice, helpful and friendly.

The price indicated in tripadvisor was not the good ones (paid more than double).
The room was awfull, so small that the bed was barely fitted on it with beautifull view from the window to the wall in front 2 meters far, and the noise of everybody having noisy activities around.
Definitely the worse place we ever had!
