A very nice, small hotel, conveniently located between 9th of July Blvd and Plaza San Martin, at bargain prices. I had a two-bedroom business suite with kitchenette/breakfast area, a spacious living room, a small master bedroom with comfortable king-size bed, a small second bedroom with two narrow twin beds, and a bathroom with Jacuzzi tub. The windows of the living room and master bedroom overlooked Avenida Santa Fe. The suite was clean. But some of the wood surfaces could use refinishing. The lobby is very nice. The buffet breakfast included in the rate was delicious. A complete renovation of the hotel is scheduled to begin in October 1910.

The hotel is well located - only two blocks away from Plaza San Martin and Calle Florida and one block from 9 de Julho Avenue .
The room had a lot of space, a comfortable bed and a small kitchen with a few items that came to be very handfull. It does not have the microwave oven that the website informed. The room is silent – I could not hear a sound from outside, even though there was a building construction right beside the hotel.
The staff was very polite.

This is the worst hotel I have ever had to stay at. I felt sorry for the staff working here as the room was OLD like something from the 1930's!! The place needed a complete make over and the electrical surrounds need to be attached to walls properly, the bath had mould around the top as did the shower head!!
And they have the nerve to charge high rates due to location - REALLY
We caught a taxi outta there after only 1 night it was so disgusting, even tho we had paid for a week!
We had to have b'fast across the road which they gave us for free as the b'fast bar at our hotel was going to charge heaps for next to nothing on offer.
Avoid this hotel - a disaster......
