Very good value, relatively close to Ezeiza airport. We used Grand Boulevard as a stopover hotel for one night. We were very well satisfied. The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. The reservations staff arranged private transfer to we non-Spanish speakers to and from the airport, and that worked flawlessly. Dinner was quite good in their restaurant. Staff during our stay was pleasant and helpful. We highly recommend it as an airport stopover hotel.

Rooms are very small air conditioning dose not work and you have to open the window then you can't sleep because of the noise on the street.

If you want a good nights sleep go somewhere else.

i stayed at the grand boulevard for a week in august. it was my first trip to buenos aires, and this hotel helped make the trip a success. the staff was courteous, helpful, and friendly. the room (i stayed in a suite) was clean and quiet, with a great view of the avenue. there were fresh flowers, although i don't remember if they were changed every day. the location was perfect, right next to san telmo, and with a subte stop at the corner. i could get out to palermo in 15 to 30 minutes, and to the northern end of florida in 5 to 10 minutes. depending on the time of day. with all this, the rate was completely affordable. oh, yeah -- i stayed here as a tourist, but there were also a lot of business travelers as well. i'm not a fan of sharing hotels with business travelers, but they definitely seemed to like the grand boulevard, and the only time i had to see them was at breakfast.

We spent 4 nights at this hotel. The rooms are small and the bedspread was a bit tired, but the cleanliness was top notch, the staff very helpful and courteous, and the location great for walking all over the centro and Puerto Madera areas. If you like to spend a lot of time in your room, then you will find these to be cramped for space. At least that was the case for us in a 'standard' room - not sure if there were better options. Also, there was no view from our window.
I would recommend this hotel to people who are more concerned with location to the sights than the amenities.
If you are a foodie, and a big shopper, then I would recommend you stay in the Recoleta area - the Melia Hotel looked very nice and centrally located to shopping and some sightseeing.
