We paid $130 a night (January 9-12 2012) and expected a comfortable room, maybe with tea/coffee making facilities and a safe. That's what we got, plus a fridge and microwave.
We did not experience any problems with noise or with the cleanliness of the room, which was also large enough to accommodate two people with one suitcase and one backpack each.
Desk staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The staff I met could speak at least a little bit of English, which was a bonus given my very elementary Spanish.
The breakfast was fairly standard... ham, cheese, cereal, croissants/bread, juice, yogurt. Nothing special, but certainly not "bad."
No complaints here.
