The hotel is located in on Avenida Callao close to Avenida Santa Fee, which is great for shopping. Do not go shoping to the outlet malls they advertise in the lobby. Those shopping places turn out to be expensive plus some of the stuff seems fake. In The lobby they feature free internet access via two computers. Unfortunately the hotels charges for WiFi internet access. For each device that you are planning on using you will be charged approximately 6 USD. The breakfast was pretty decent but did not live up to our expectations. Same applies to the fitness center, which did not feature a lot of equipment as shown on the booking website. The hotel is rated with four local stars. As you can see by looking at the pictures this is a little overrated. I would give it 3 stars.

The hotel itself was nice; however the reception staff was completely useless. When we asked Carlos for directions, he looked at us turned his back and walked away. They gave the wrong information when asked for directions or said they did not know. I did notice that the staff was VERY accommodating to European travelers.
Buffet breakfast was satisfactory.
Was told there was free wi-fi but then told we had to pay to use it. Very inconsistent.

Even though their web-site advertises internet in their rooms this was not the case. I had to stay on the first floor to get a very unreliable wi-fi signal from their lobby. Staff were uninterested when I brought this to their attention. The walls seem to be made out of paper as I could not sleep until 2 AM due to noise coming from the room next door. When I called Reception to ask for this to be brought up to the guests' attention they told me "do it yourself". I would not recommend this mediocre hotel with terrible service to anyone travelling on business.

This hotel was arranged for me by a travel agent as I needed a layover on my way to Venezuela.

I arrived at 4am and the staff were accommodating in checking me in and the man on the desk spoke English which was great for me. I found the staff to be fine and perfunctory but I did not feel that I would have received a great deal of assistance if there had been issues or if I was having a holiday in the city and wanted advice on what to do and where to go.

I must say my room was spotlessly clean as was the bathroom and they had provided little touches like shampoo, soap etc which was good.

There is no internet in the room which was a hassell as I needed to stay in touch with my family in Australia and also in Venezuela where I was heading. There were two computers in the lobby however the internet connection would often drop out and people would spend well over half an hour on them so sometimes it was a long wait. A time limit would be a great idea.

The hotel had a restaurant but it was not open for dinner so I had to leave the hotel and guess on where to go.

It was also US$300 which was excessive given its simplicity, lack of service and lack of amenities.

Although it was a decent hotel and was clean, the next time I go to Buenos Aires I would stay somewhere that is a chain hotel like the Hilton.
