The thing that really stands out about this hotel is the people that work there. We arrived quite early in the morning on an International flight and thought that they would take our luggage and let us wait for check-in the lobby. Rather they promptly gave us a room and helped us plan an itinerary for the first couple of days. The rooms were exceptionally clean and the business services such as Internet worked well. We would have stayed at the hotel longer but we wanted a more vibrant location in BA and chose to head over to Palermo Soho.

Arrived in hotel at 3 in the morning, asked at the reception for two things: a wake-up call at 7h30 and a taxi at 8h30 to take me to my meeting. Both things were not done, so I overslept, missed the opportunity to have breakfast and had to call a taxi which got me to the meeting just in time.

This hotel was booked for us by Buenos Aires travel agency WOW! Argentina. We were pleased with the price, amenities and location. The studio suite was large and comfortable. We had a king sized bed, huge bathroom, and small 'kitchen' area. The staff was friendly. There is a little supermarket next door and pleasant cafes within easy walking distance.

Recently stayed at the Argenta Towers Hotel in Buenos Aires to complete a South American Vacation. I was excited about staying at this hotel because my previous experience was great.

Unfortunately, the hotel is starting to show a lack of attention and maintenance. The main entrance and lobby area were still standard and in need of updating. The front desk staff was helpful and efficient.

I had an executive suite which was in desperate need of repair. Initially the smell of the room and the entire floor was indicative of moisture. There were stains on the carpet and furniture. The bedding was old but clean. The bathroom's fixtures needed replacing. The whirlpool tub did not work and leaked (which could explain the smell of moisture/mold).

Breakfast was still good. It consisted of meats, eggs, french toast, breads, yogurt, fresh fruit, juice, coffee, tea.

Overall, the hotel was just ok. Unfortunately, I will be looking for a different hotel for future visits.
