“It was my Pleasure”

I travelled to Buenos Aires for a business trip. Our local agent had booked the Feirs Park for me because it is well located for him to pick me up. Although I had stayed at the Feirs Park a number of years ago it was only for 3 nights so I did not take that much notice of the hotel. I had also travelled from another business trip in Chile that time. So like most business travellers at the end of a long trip you have had enough of hotels.
However on this trip I was able to see the benefits of this hotel. It is well located a short walk to Florida Street. Which is good for shopping or just people watching? It is also within walking distance of some other very nice interesting place.
The rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and the shower is great very powerful. All the staff are very helpful and genuinely friendly. One of the other nice things this hotel does is at the weekend it arranges for a mini tour of Buenos Aires. (Places are limited). This lasted for 4 hours and despite the weather was very enjoyable. Two of the hotel staff acted as tour guide and were very knowledgeable. The other good thing is that it is free.
Would I stay there again? Yes.

“THANK YOU FOR TAKING GREAT CARE OF ME”

I got the introduction to this splendid hotel from the Anglo-Argentine Chamber of Commerce. They are members, as am I.
Thomas is the general manager - and how lovely to see that he really does maintain a hands-on presence. He was there for me when I arrived, and when i left. And, like a brick, he has sent me the items I left behind.
The reception staff are brilliant, as are the doormen. And, I only had breakfast there once so I can't really comment: except to say there was plenty of food and I arrived 5 minutes before it shut! Thomas, thank you and your staff for having me to stay and giving me such a good rate.

“Nightmare experience......ruined trip costly in everyway possible”

First my accommodation was paid in advance and the booked room was not given but a rsingle bed in a room without a privacy curtain, Being alone I did not wish to make a fuss but blend in knowing little time would be spent in the room. From day one pilfering commenced to the point I soke with the general manager and changed rooms. Then it became worse all of my valuable clothes and accessories disappeared completely. The reception girls and porters workrd in Tandem They used a Lan Chile members card to enter undetected by the staff card system. The violation directed toward me was based on assumption and the easy target I presented, I checked out without refund or apology. My case is with my Lawyer in Bs As and he reccommends warning as many people as possible. So far Qantas Lan Chile and many travel agents are alerted. Corrupt and predjudiced attitudes don't have a place in the world, they are my first such experience. Never to be forgotten.

We stayed for 9 nights at the Feirs Park Hotel whilst on business in Buenos Aries. It was my first time in Argentina but my partner has stayed at Feirs Park many times. His recommendation was well founded, this hotel is excellent in every way.Spacious rooms with separate sitting room and kitchen area makes life easy when working.
The restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. The only thing I could deduct points for was the bathroom,it was very small compared to the rest of the accomodation.

“Very good service”

This hotel is located in a fairly good area. The hotel restaurant was surprisingly tasty. Internet service was free, unlike the Hilton. They ding you for every little thing. My husband is here for business and at the Hilton they charged spouse an extra $10 (US dollar) a day. Feirs Park doesn't and they include free breakfast. However, I must say a few things about the pool.
1. Don't go up there if you are afraid of height. I was scared to death! They should have some warning sign.
2. Don't go at night.
3. Don't go after you have a drink. The only thing between you and death are those white metal gates. One wrong step and off the buidling you go.
4. Not safe for kids. They can easily fit btw the gates and fall off the building.
So other than the freaky pool and it's need of carpet change, and a few remodeling, it's a very decent hotel. It has a B&B feeling to it. The staff are very friendly.
