From the outside it looks like blah... but once inside the rooms are very comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms are nice and clean. Love the idea of "squeeging" the bathroom floor after showering. Let me be clear. This is not a four star hotel. This is a place to come, get some zzz's, and then go out and about. Centrally located, very close to La peatonal de la Florida and 19 de Julio (Obelisco). Central, close to the downtown and Puerto Madero. It is affordable, it includes the breakfast but I would skip it. Go out and enjoy a coffee or breakfast at Havana Cafe, which is steps away or right across the hotel. If you feel adventurous, walk towards la Avenida de Mayo and have coffee at either London City Cafe, Cafe Constitucion del 25, or the famous Cafe Tortoni.
Frossard people are very attentive. If you have longer stays, they do your laundry for cheap and sometimes you can request an afternoon tea or allow you to prepare it yourself. So no frills, no mints on the pillow, but they all care about your stay. Did I say it is close to everything "touristy"? The Subte, the Obelisk, the Borges Cultural Center, and many other stuff near Capital Federal.
