My husband and I were in this hotel. And some clients were there before. It is a good 3 stars hotel! Very pleasant staff. Mainly Ernesto. He helped us, as there were o big problem in Buenos Aires due to fllight cancellation by Aerolineas Argentinas. It was hard to find a hotel in the night. It is in a good location in downtown.

Very nice room, excellent services and very clean. Close to various point of interest.

If you are looking for a good value hotel, with a nice room, this is a good choice. Although the room was not large, it was clean and served well for three nights. The location of the hotel is also ok, in downtown Buenos Aires, near to various points of interest. I would certainly recommend it for people visiting BA for the first time, when you want to be close to all tourist sites. In a second or third trip, I would recommend a hotel in the Recolleta or Palermo areas. On of the good points of the hotel is the breakfast. Although the restaurant is rather small (the hotel in general is small), it had a good selection of food and attentive service.

Bisonte was OK - most staff were great a minority miserable. Breakfast was OK. Good bedrooms - ours was a tiny bathroom but friends' was bigger. Supermarket just a few steps away so as to buy wine and water and avoid the mini bar. Bed was great.
